I am Magaly Ponce: a Peruvian immigrant, mother, entrepreneur, award-winning chef, wedding and event expert, hospitality strategist, educator and speaker.
My authority was not built only through titles or recognitions. It was built by doing the work—creating experiences, leading teams, serving people, building businesses, overcoming challenges and having the courage to begin again.
From Callao, Peru, to New York City, my journey has taken me through kitchens, weddings, corporate events, cultural programs, classrooms, public institutions and some of the most meaningful rooms in the city.
Today, I use everything I have lived and learned to help others recognize the value of their talent, transform their experience into opportunity and build with greater purpose, confidence and direction.
My recognitions honor my journey, but my greatest purpose is using that journey to open doors for others.
